Medi-Cal 陪產支援：基本 doula 服務與額外產後探訪的推薦要求不同
DHCS 已為懷孕或過去一年內曾懷孕的 Medi-Cal 成員發出基本 doula 服務的常設推薦。範圍包括一次初訪、最多八次孕前後探訪、分娩或流產相關支援，以及最多兩次三小時的延長產後探訪。
額外最多九次產後探訪須另有合資格醫療人員推薦，不能只沿用上述常設文件。Fee-for-service 成員可查按縣列出的已登記 doula 名錄；管理式醫療計劃成員宜先聯絡自身 Member Services 協助安排。先核對提供者及服務數量，勿把陪產支援當成醫師或助產士的診療。

Medi-Cal doula support: initial services and additional postpartum visits need different recommendations
DHCS has issued a standing recommendation for an initial set of doula services for Medi-Cal members who are pregnant or were pregnant within the past year. It includes an initial visit, up to eight prenatal/postpartum visits, birth or pregnancy-loss support and up to two extended three-hour postpartum visits.
Up to nine further postpartum visits need an additional recommendation from an eligible licensed practitioner; the standing document is insufficient. Fee-for-service members can consult the county-based enrolled-doula directory. Managed-care members should contact their plan’s Member Services for help arranging care. Confirm providers and visit allowances; doula support does not replace clinical care.
