聖他克拉縣 VTA ACCESS：先申請資格，再預約共乘無障礙交通
VTA ACCESS 為因殘疾而在部分或全部情況下無法獨立使用一般巴士或輕軌的人士提供 ADA 無障礙共乘交通。它並非單憑年齡、收入、診斷或不懂駕駛便可自動使用的接送服務，須經個別資格評估。
申請先填寫一頁 Data Card，再完成約三十分鐘的電話面談。官方頁面提供中文、英文、西班牙文及越南文資料；資格查詢電話為 408-321-2381。如需要其他格式或語言協助，申請時提出，不要自行假定必須由醫生代辦所有步驟。

Santa Clara County VTA ACCESS: Apply for Eligibility Before Booking Paratransit
VTA ACCESS offers ADA shared-ride paratransit for people whose disabilities prevent them from independently using regular buses or light rail in some or all circumstances. Age, income, a diagnosis or inability to drive does not automatically establish eligibility; an individual assessment is required.
Applicants complete a one-page Data Card and an approximately thirty-minute telephone interview. The official page provides materials in Chinese, English, Spanish and Vietnamese. Call 408-321-2381 about eligibility. Ask for alternative formats or language assistance when needed rather than assuming that a doctor must handle every step.
Once eligible, reserve a trip one to three days ahead at 408-321-2380, between 8 a.m. and before 5 p.m.; a next-day journey must be arranged before 5 p.m. on the preceding day. Check the weekday or weekend map and the standard versus premium service areas first. This is a shared-ride service that may pick up other passengers, not a guarantee of a private vehicle or a direct nonstop journey.
