加州轉學選課前：用 ASSIST 核對學年、學校與課程對照
ASSIST 是加州的官方課程轉移與銜接資訊工具，可查加州社區學院課程如何對應 CSU、UC，以及參與計劃的 AICCU 院校。它有助整理選課問題，但不能代替學校輔導員的個別規劃，也不等於保證取錄。
搜尋時先選學年，再選修讀課程的原校及希望轉入的學校，然後查看協議。可用的分類包括主修、學系或課程代碼；先讀文件頂部說明，不要只比對相似的課程名稱。
若所選學年沒有協議，系統會以紅字提示最接近的可用年份。不要把舊年份資料誤當作當年已更新的安排。另須分清「可轉學分」清單與特定主修的對照要求：獲得學分不必然等於滿足所有主修或入學要求。把不清楚的項目帶給校方確認；外州學校不在目前工具範圍內，應直接聯絡該校。

Before choosing transfer courses: check the year, colleges and agreements in ASSIST
ASSIST is California's official course transfer and articulation resource. It helps connect California community college coursework with CSU, UC and participating AICCU institutions. Use it to prepare questions for a campus counselor, rather than treating a search result as an admission guarantee.
Choose the academic year first, then the college where the course is taken and the intended receiving institution. Open the agreement and examine the available major, department or course-prefix views. Read the information at the top instead of matching courses by similar names alone.
If the selected year's agreement is unavailable, red text identifies the closest available year. Do not silently treat an older agreement as current. Also distinguish transferable-unit lists from requirements for a particular major: receiving credit does not automatically satisfy every major or admission condition. Ask the campus to resolve uncertain matches. The tool currently excludes out-of-state campuses, so contact those institutions directly.
