Santa Cruz 縣道路求助：電話箱已停用，認識 Highway 1／17 巡邏服務
Santa Cruz County Regional Transportation Commission 的現行指南指出，縣內道路緊急電話箱正在撤除，已不能使用。不要依靠舊電話箱求助；緊急情況致電 911。
Freeway Service Patrol 在 Highway 1 及 Highway 17 的部分路段提供免費協助，主要是平日通勤時段，週末僅有限服務。可協助更換爆胎、啟動沒電的車輛、提供一加侖汽油，或把不能行駛的車輛移離公路。CHP 列可用手機撥 511 聯絡 FSP；是否有巡邏車可協助取決於地點、時段及現場安排。

Roadside help in Santa Cruz County: retired call boxes and Highway 1/17 patrols
Santa Cruz County RTC's current guide says its roadside emergency call boxes are being removed and are already out of service. Do not rely on them for help; call 911 in an emergency.
Freeway Service Patrol provides free help on portions of Highways 1 and 17 during weekday commute periods and a limited weekend schedule. Assistance can include tire changes, jump-starts, one gallon of fuel or moving an inoperable vehicle off the highway. CHP lists 511 as a mobile contact for FSP; assistance depends on location, operating hours and conditions.
FSP towing goes to CHP-designated safe locations, not directly to homes or private repair shops. RTC's general program contacts are 831-460-3200 and info@sccrtc.org, not emergency dispatch. The inspected page does not provide a complete timetable; check current official arrangements.
