Livingstone Community Health Clinic’s new-patient page lists family medicine, pediatrics, mental health, neurology, dentistry and acupuncture. New patients complete the relevant forms and wait for the clinic to arrange an appointment. Some forms are available in English, Spanish and Korean.
Address: 12362 Beach Blvd, #10, Stanton, CA 90680. Telephone: 714-248-9500. Listed hours are Tuesday–Friday, 9 a.m.–6 p.m., and Saturday, 9 a.m.–3 p.m.; closed Sunday and Monday. New patients should arrive 30 minutes early with medication bottles, photo identification and an insurance card if insured. Call at least 48 hours ahead to cancel or reschedule.
The clinic says inability to pay does not exclude care, and discounts depend on family income and size. This does not make every visit free; confirm insurance, charges and eligibility.
