曼哈頓 60 街及其以南的市內街道屬 Congestion Relief Zone。FDR Drive、West Side Highway／Route 9A，以及 Hugh L. Carey Tunnel 接 West Street 的指定連接路段不在區內；但離開這些道路進入市內街道，仍可能觸發收費。先用 MTA 官方地圖及試算器核對整段路線。

Driving into Manhattan: check the Congestion Relief Zone, timing and relief options
Manhattan local streets at and south of 60 Street form the Congestion Relief Zone. FDR Drive, West Side Highway/Route 9A and the specified Hugh L. Carey Tunnel connections to West Street are excluded; entering local streets while connecting between roads can still incur a toll. Check the complete route using MTA maps and its calculator.
At the review date, passenger and small commercial vehicles using valid E-ZPass pay $9 at peak times or $2.25 overnight, charged once daily for these vehicle classes. Peak times are 5 a.m.–9 p.m. on weekdays and 9 a.m.–9 p.m. on weekends. Other vehicles, payment methods and tunnel credits have separate rules.
Low-income discounts and disability exemptions require eligibility and application. Existing relief plans also require annual recertification. Check current rates and requirements before travel.
