Eco Thrift 的現行捐贈頁接受狀況良好、仍可使用的衣物、袋、玩具、家居布品、樂器及小型家具。大型家具、床褥、電視及電腦螢幕、嬰兒用品、大型電器與危險品則在拒收清單；不要因物件看起來完好便假定一定收取。
先分類和裝箱或裝袋，再查指定店的接收時段。Hayward 接收點為 25891 Mission Boulevard，現列星期一上午 9 時至下午 2:30、星期二至六上午 9 時至下午 5 時；其他店時間不同。大型或難分類物件應先向店方確認，不能把店內營業時間等同捐贈接收時間。本稿不承諾現貨、回購或稅務扣減。

Before donating to Eco Thrift: small and large furniture have different rules
Eco Thrift’s current donation page accepts usable, gently used clothing, bags, toys, linens, musical instruments and small furniture. Large furniture, mattresses, televisions and computer monitors, infant products, large appliances and hazardous materials appear on its rejection list. Good appearance alone does not establish acceptance.
Sort and box or bag items, then check the chosen store’s donation hours. Hayward’s drop-off is at 25891 Mission Boulevard, currently Monday, 9 a.m.–2:30 p.m., and Tuesday–Saturday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m.; other stores differ. Confirm oversized or unclear items with staff rather than equating retail opening hours with drop-off hours. This guide promises no inventory, buyback or tax deduction.
