Share Ourselves 為新患者提供預先填寫的登記表，並可安排西班牙語、越南語及其他語言的傳譯。先致電 949-270-2100 核對預約與所需文件；填好表格不等於已取得就診時段。
已有帳戶的患者可使用 MyChart 查閱資料、提出預約要求或聯絡照護團隊。非辦公時間的醫療建議亦經上述電話取得。機構說明不會因無力付款而拒絕提供服務，但這不代表每項服務免費；應請職員評估保險或收費協助。緊急情況請使用急救服務，不等待平台回覆。

Share Ourselves new patients: registration, interpretation and booking confirmation
Share Ourselves provides advance registration forms for new patients and can arrange interpretation in Spanish, Vietnamese and other languages. Call 949-270-2100 to confirm an appointment and required documents. Completing a form does not reserve a visit.
Established patients can use MyChart to review information, request appointments or contact the care team. The same phone number provides access to after-hours medical advice. The organization says inability to pay will not result in denial of services, but this does not mean every service is free. Ask staff to assess insurance or payment assistance. Use emergency services rather than waiting for a portal response in an emergency.
