FTC指出，平台須在收到要求後48小時內移除未經同意公開的私密影像；若平台沒有移除申請程序，或未有按時處理，當事人可透過TakeItDown.ftc.gov舉報。

According to the FTC, platforms must remove non-consensually shared intimate images within 48 hours of a takedown request, and users can report missing removal procedures or failures to act through TakeItDown.ftc.gov.
