Mt.

Mt. SAC noncredit ESL: check books, placement and waitlist confirmation
Mt. San Antonio College's noncredit ESL classes charge no course fees, but textbooks and an on-campus parking pass may cost extra. Students arriving from another school still need the college's placement test so the class level matches their current English needs.
Contact ESL Registration at 909-274-5235 or eslreg@mtsac.edu; the published office is on the first floor of Building 66. After applying, activate and monitor the Mt. SAC student email account, where registration confirmation is sent. Full classes use a waitlist, with timing depending on attendance and vacancies. Submitting a form does not secure an immediate place.
A student card is not needed to register for ESL, but is required for campus resources such as the language learning center, ESL library and computer laboratory. Online classes require computer and Canvas access. Noncredit continuing education does not issue I-20s. Anyone needing one should consult Admissions or an ESL counselor rather than treating tuition-free classes as a student-visa pathway.
