Clinica Sierra Vista 的病人應按就診日期選擇 MyChart。官方說明，二〇二五年六月二日或之後的看診、訊息及新帳單使用新版；之前的紀錄、舊帳單及過往訊息則循舊版入口。兩個入口都由官方病人頁連結，不必從陌生訊息尋找登入網址。

Clinica Sierra Vista patients should choose MyChart according to the visit date. Visits, messages and new bills from June 2, 2025 onward use the new portal. Earlier records, bills and messages remain accessible through the legacy route. Both links are on the official patient page; there is no need to obtain a login address from an unfamiliar message.
Existing accounts generally retain their login details, although some users received a replacement username to meet system requirements. Proxy access for managing a child's or relative's care must be re-established, and payment details re-entered in the new system. Do not simply share a personal password with a family member.
New patients can use official self-signup or request an activation code during a visit. Call 833-678-2781 for expired-code or login help. Also check the clinic directory for the correct city, address and department. Free MyChart access does not mean free treatment, and messages are unsuitable for emergencies: call 911 for life-threatening situations.
