North Orange Continuing Education（NOCE）提供英語、高中程度及職業進修等課程入口。新生通常要先完成入學申請，再按課程要求登記；曾就讀者則應使用適合回校學生的流程，不必因忘記密碼而重複建立資料。
多數課程免學費，但教材、軟件、制服或其他特定課程用品仍可能需要自行負擔。選課前先看課程說明、上課地點及先修或入學介紹要求，並確認申請完成後下一步是否仍需預約或程度安排。
遇到申請及帳戶問題，可聯絡 StarHelp 714-808-4679 或 starhelp@noce.edu，詢問適合自己的協助方式。官方起步頁連往目前使用的申請系統，應從該頁進入，不要依賴舊截圖中的平台名稱。入學資格及班別名額仍由學校確認。

North Orange Continuing Education provides entry points for English, high-school-level and career study. New students generally apply first and then register according to the program's requirements. Returning students should follow the returning-student route rather than create duplicate records because of a forgotten password.
Most courses are tuition-free, but books, software, uniforms or other program supplies may still cost money. Review the course description, location and any prerequisites or orientation requirements. Check whether an application must be followed by an appointment or a level-selection step.
For application and account help, contact StarHelp at 714-808-4679 or starhelp@noce.edu. Use the current application link on NOCE's starting page rather than an old screenshot of a former platform. The school must confirm eligibility and class availability; submitting an application alone does not reserve a place.
