PBS：Cornell

PBS: Cornell allegations prompt scrutiny of the university and fraternity culture
PBS reports continuing controversy over allegations of a 2024 sexual assault at Cornell University. Faculty members planned a no-confidence resolution concerning the leadership’s handling of the case. The report states that those accused deny wrongdoing. Cornell has suspended fraternity parties for the rest of the academic year and announced a review of fraternity life.
Amna Nawaz discusses accountability, prevention education and drinking culture with fraternity representative Jud Horras and journalist John Hechinger. The allegations and interview commentary are not court findings, and the report does not say the proposed resolution has passed.
