Gavilan Continuing Education in Gilroy: free courses and enrollment contacts
Gavilan College’s Continuing Education page lists in-person and online courses for summer and fall 2026. Courses in this program are free and open to the community. Areas include ESL, citizenship preparation, high-school-equivalency preparation, basic English and mathematics, short-term vocational training and computer basics. The free-course statement applies to this program, not every course offered by the college.
For enrollment, call the Continuing Education office at 408-848-4859 or visit Business Building rooms BU 111–112 on the Gilroy main campus, near Parking Lot A. Posted office hours are Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. The campus address is 5055 Santa Teresa Blvd, Gilroy, CA 95020.
Confirm the desired class’s start date, format and available places, and ask whether an assessment is needed. GED or citizenship preparation does not itself confer a diploma or citizenship approval, and vocational training does not guarantee employment.
