HealthRIGHT 360 San Francisco: distinguish Saturday dentistry from primary-care fees
HealthRIGHT 360’s Integrated Care Center is at 1563 Mission Street, 2nd and 5th Floors, San Francisco, CA 94103. Call 800-200-7181 for appointments, an existing provider or after-hours support. Listed services include primary care, chronic-condition follow-up, dentistry and behavioral health; confirm the intake route for the service needed.
Monday–Friday hours are 8:30 a.m.–5 p.m. Saturday at the same hours is specifically listed for pediatric and pregnant dental patients; do not assume general medical appointments are offered then. The broader primary-care page mentions walk-ins, but call to confirm the site and current capacity.
Sliding-fee eligibility is based on income and household size. Request the form at reception and bring relevant income or unemployment documentation to the first visit. This center expressly limits that discount to primary medical care, excluding behavioral health. An eligibility worker can also discuss coverage programs; approval and free care are not automatic. Call 911 for life-threatening emergencies.
