Mosaic Health’s official page says it accepts new medical patients. Call Rushville at 585-554-4400, Utica at 315-793-7600 or Ilion at 315-444-1900 to confirm the service, location and appointment. Appropriate telehealth visits are also offered; this does not mean every examination can be done from home.
New patients and those with changed coverage should verify acceptance with both the clinic and insurer. Sliding-fee review considers household size and income, and an approved patient may still owe a copayment at the visit. For billing questions, call 844-499-8450. A discount is not a guarantee of free care, and promotional language should not be read as a walk-in emergency-department promise.
