Family HealthCare Network 的官網把預約入口分為家庭／內科、兒科、牙科、婦科、眼科及行為健康。可致電或短訊 877-960-3426，先核對適合的院址、保險及預約名額；頁尾地址不代表所有科別都在同一處看診。
有到診交通困難的病人可詢問其接送安排。官方說明提供住所往返接送，以及在本地中心沒有所需服務時前往其他 FHCN 中心的安排；是否適用、車程及時間須由中心確認，不能把網上資料當作已訂車或急救運輸。

Family HealthCare Network’s booking page separates family/internal medicine, pediatrics, dental, gynecology, optometry and behavioral care. Call or text 877-960-3426 to confirm the location, insurance and availability. The footer address does not mean every specialty sees patients at that address.
Patients with transport difficulties can ask about its transportation service. The network describes home pickup and return, including travel to another FHCN center when a needed service is unavailable locally. Confirm eligibility, route and timing; reading the page does not reserve a ride, and this is not emergency transport.
