Clean Truck Check：重型車登記、費用與排放測試是不同步驟
加州 Clean Truck Check 涵蓋大部分在州內公路行駛、GVWR 超過 14,000 磅的柴油及替代燃料重型車；外州登記不一定獲豁免，房車等類別另有規則。先按車種核對適用範圍，再使用 CARB 的 CTC-VIS 申報車輛及查看期限。
繳交年度合規費用不代表已完成排放測試。需要測試的車輛須由 CARB 認證測試人員處理，合格結果一般可在期限前九十天內提交。不要把其他系統的付款當作本計劃繳費；個案可致電 866-634-3735 或電郵 hdim@arb.ca.gov。

Clean Truck Check: heavy-vehicle reporting, fees and emissions tests are separate steps
California Clean Truck Check covers most diesel and alternative-fuel heavy vehicles over 14,000 pounds GVWR operating on state public roads. Out-of-state registration does not necessarily exempt a vehicle, and motorhomes have separate rules. Check applicability, then report the vehicle and review deadlines in CARB’s CTC-VIS.
Paying the annual compliance fee does not complete emissions testing. Required tests must be performed by a CARB-credentialed tester; passing results can generally be submitted within 90 days before the deadline. Payments in other systems do not satisfy this fee. Contact 866-634-3735 or hdim@arb.ca.gov for individual questions.
