加州 ADAP：藥物與保費補助，先由登記人員核對資格
加州 AIDS Drug Assistance Program（ADAP）協助符合條件的 HIV／AIDS 患者取得指定藥物及保費補助。現行基本條件包括年滿十八歲、加州居民、相關診斷，年度 MAGI 不超過家庭人數對應聯邦貧窮線的六倍，且未獲 Medi-Cal 或其他付款方完整保障。
私人醫療計劃、僱主計劃及 Medicare 的補助途徑不同，不能把加入 ADAP 當成另有一份完整保險，亦不能假設所有藥物、自付費用或保費都獲支付。請透過認可 ADAP 登記人員評估現有保障、收入及所需文件，並確認續期安排。查詢電話：844-421-7050。

California ADAP: have an enrollment worker assess medication and premium assistance
California’s AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP) helps eligible people with HIV/AIDS obtain listed medications and premium assistance. Current basic requirements include age 18 or older, California residency, the relevant diagnosis, annual MAGI no greater than 600% of the household-size federal poverty level, and lack of full coverage through Medi-Cal or another payer.
Assistance pathways differ for private plans, employer coverage and Medicare. ADAP enrollment is not a separate comprehensive insurance policy, and it does not mean every drug, out-of-pocket charge or premium will be paid. Work with a certified ADAP enrollment worker to review existing coverage, income, required documents and renewal arrangements. Call 844-421-7050 for help.
