德州機車 Class M 駕照：安全課程、技能測試與申請文件
準備在德州騎機車，應先核對 DPS 的 Class M 申請條件。TDLR 核准的機車安全課程證明 MSB-8／MSB-8R 有效兩年；完成課程可免知識測試，但不代表每位申請人都可免路試。18 歲或以上、持不受限制的德州 A／B／C 駕照並完成合資格課程者，可符合技能測試豁免條件；其他豁免情況另見官方清單。

Texas Class M motorcycle licensing: safety course, skills test and application documents
Before riding a motorcycle in Texas, check DPS requirements for Class M. A TDLR-approved motorcycle safety-course certificate, MSB-8 or MSB-8R, is valid for two years. The course can waive the knowledge test, but does not automatically waive every applicant’s skills test. Applicants aged 18 or older with an unrestricted Texas A, B or C licence and the qualifying course may meet a skills-test waiver; DPS lists other qualifying cases separately.
Applicants under 18 must take the skills test and meet additional driver-education, parental-consent and applicable school-enrolment requirements. Fifteen-year-old applicants also face an engine-size restriction. If a road test is required, follow DPS instructions for providing a motorcycle and a following passenger vehicle with a qualified driver for the examiner. Assemble identity, residency and course documents before the appointment and check the current fee and document list.
