University of Houston learning support: distinguish LAUNCH drop-ins from scheduled Knack tutoring
The University of Houston’s learning-support page offers free peer tutoring. LAUNCH provides first-come, first-served drop-in assistance without a standard appointment; hours and supported subjects vary by semester, so check the current schedule.
Knack allows scheduled online work with qualified UH peer tutors for selected courses, rather than guaranteeing a tutor for every class. Use the course number to find the correct route, then bring questions, class notes and attempted solutions. Tutoring supports learning; it does not replace doing the coursework oneself.
