Denman Estate Park: visiting San Antonio’s Gwangju pavilion
The Korean pavilion at Denman Estate Park was crafted in Gwangju, San Antonio’s sister city, and assembled here by Korean artisans. The park is at 7735 Mockingbird Lane, San Antonio, TX 78229, and opens daily from sunrise to sunset.
Amenities include an approximately half-mile walking trail, labyrinth, picnic tables and benches, restrooms and accessible parking. The city lists the facilities as first come, first served and prohibits alcohol. Keep to the public park rather than assuming adjacent private property is open, and check signs and closure notices.
