The branch lists family medicine, women's health and behavioral health, with service-specific schedules. Confirm age, new-patient status, the requested service and actual hours when calling. Lone Star states that ordinary access is not restricted by a particular city of residence, insurance or ability to pay, although the care team must confirm arrangements.
Before a first visit, a Program Adviser can screen income and household size for sliding discounts or other assistance. Acceptance of an insurance type does not ensure every service is covered, and discounted care is not universally free.
