德州二手拖架：先辨製造類型與總重，再核對所有權文件

Texas used trailers: check construction, gross weight and title papers
Texas requires registration for non-farm trailers used on public roads, with paperwork varying by construction and weight. TxDMV distinguishes manufacturer-built trailers from hobbyist-assembled ones. Gross weight includes the trailer and what it can carry, rather than only its empty weight on the day.
A manufactured trailer over four thousand pounds gross weight requires a title. For a used trailer at or below that threshold, a bill of sale and registration receipt may apply; an existing title must instead be handled accordingly. New trailers require the manufacturer's origin document. Missing paperwork does not make a manufactured trailer eligible to be described as homemade.
When its type is unknown, the department requires inspection by an auto-theft law-enforcement officer; local agencies or TxDMV can identify the appropriate route. Prepare Form 130-U and relevant evidence for the county office, with weight or photographic information where required. Farm trailers have separate categories. This guide assigns no identification number and does not certify load-carrying safety.
