CommuniCare+OLE 的新病人頁目前連到 OLE Health 預約入口，電話 866-268-4489，涵蓋 Napa、Solano 及 Yolo 三縣的醫療、牙科、輔導等服務。致電時先說明住處附近的診所、需要的科別，以及新病人身分，不要只按機構總部地址前往。

CommuniCare+OLE's new-patient page currently links to an OLE Health appointment page at 866-268-4489. The line connects medical, dental, counseling and other services across Napa, Solano and Yolo counties. Explain which nearby clinic and service you need and that you are a new patient; do not travel simply to a corporate address.
The organization helps assign a primary care provider before or around the first visit. Patients may request a preferred language or provider gender, but the website describes a best effort based on available staff, not a guarantee at every location. Confirm insurance, charges, referral requirements and current waiting times separately.
After patient registration, ask the clinic to help establish portal access. The portal supports records, test results, appointment and refill requests, and messages to the care team. A request does not confirm an appointment or prescription. Newsletter and event forms are not patient registration.
