The website separates scheduling, Medical Records, insurance and billing. Patients with a bill can enter MyChart through the official site. Request medical-record copies through the dedicated process rather than sending health information in public comments or a general feedback form. Same-day urgent-care arrangements for established patients remain subject to confirmation.
