軍人家庭搬遷與 TRICARE：更新 DEERS，再核對九十天選項
使用 TRICARE 的家庭搬家，原有軍人或家屬資格不會單因地址改變而消失，但可選健康計劃及服務區域可能改變。搬往新的國家、城市、區域或 ZIP+4 郵區等情況，可能構成合資格生活事件，提供九十天處理適用的登記變更。

Moving with TRICARE: update DEERS and check the ninety-day enrollment options
Moving does not by itself remove a family's underlying TRICARE eligibility, but it can change available plans and service areas. Relocation to a new country, city, region or ZIP+4 code may qualify as a life event, opening ninety days for eligible enrollment changes.
Do not disenroll from the current plan before the move. After moving, update the address and contact information in DEERS. Then use the official moving page to choose the relevant Prime, Select, Reserve or other plan instructions and confirm the regional contractor's requirements. Different plans do not necessarily follow identical procedures.
When a plan change is needed, complete it within the applicable ninety-day period and pay any required fees. A family that remains eligible and wants to keep its current plan may not need to switch, but should still update its address. Confirm enrollment, provider arrangements and effective dates afterward. This guide does not determine individual eligibility or guarantee that the previous doctor remains in network after an interstate move.
