Native American Health Center（NAHC）官方說明服務開放給不同族裔及部落背景的社區人士，並非只有持部落身分者才能查詢。Oakland 預約可致電或傳短訊 510-535-4400；San Francisco 則使用 415-417-3501。

Native American Health Center states that it welcomes community members regardless of tribal affiliation or ethnicity. Its name does not limit inquiries to people with tribal identification. For Oakland appointments, call or text 510-535-4400; use 415-417-3501 for San Francisco.
Routine visits should be booked in advance, and the official page asks patients to arrive fifteen minutes early. Prepare valid photo identification and medical and dental insurance cards. People with tribal enrollment cards can provide them as appropriate; discuss missing or inapplicable documents with staff rather than assuming ineligibility from the organization's name.
Medical, dental, behavioral-health and community services operate at different addresses, sometimes within the same city. Confirm the department and location before arranging travel. People without insurance or with payment difficulties can ask about assessment and assistance, but should not assume every service is free. For a medical or psychiatric emergency, call 911 instead of waiting for a routine appointment text reply.
