La Maestra Community Health Centers separates new and returning patients on its official appointment page. New patients can call 619-779-7900, while returning patients can obtain access to the official Patient Portal. Creating an account is not confirmation of an appointment.
Explain whether medical, dental or another service is needed, then confirm the assigned location, date, language assistance and required documents. The network has different San Diego-area service locations. A homepage building photograph or the nearest address does not establish where a particular visit will take place.
The organization says it serves patients unable to pay and offers qualifying discounts for essential services based on household size and income.
