Mission College 的 Disability Support Programs and Services（DSPS）協助符合條件的學生使用學習便利措施。先完成學院入學申請取得學生編號，再填 DSPS 申請；這兩個步驟不是同一份表格，也不應等到考試當天才開始查詢。

Mission College accommodations: complete the DSPS application and document review
Mission College's Disability Support Programs and Services, or DSPS, supports eligible students with academic accommodations. First apply to the college and obtain a student number, then complete the DSPS application. These are separate steps and should not be left until an examination day.
Prepare appropriate documentation, such as an IEP, 504 Plan or medical report. Staff review it before arranging an intake or advising appointment. Call 408-855-5085 to check status if no response arrives. Submit documents through the designated channels, not a public forum.
After approval, send the Academic Accommodation Plan to instructors for each course and semester. The official page says accommodations are not retroactive: the intake process and notification to instructors must be completed first. Ask about alternative formats, assistive technology or testing arrangements, but the particular measures depend on assessment. Accommodations do not guarantee grades or remove course requirements.
