Ravenswood Family Health Network operates several Peninsula locations and lists 650-330-7400 for appointments at all its clinics. Explain the service needed, whether you are a new patient and your preferred city so staff can confirm an appropriate location and current arrangements.
The main East Palo Alto clinic is at 1885 Bay Road. Dentistry is at 1807 Bay Road, a different entrance. MayView locations in Sunnyvale, Mountain View and Palo Alto also have their own addresses and hours. Do not navigate to an arbitrary site simply because it belongs to the same network.
For a billing question, the contact page separately lists 650-617-7874; medical-record requests use 650-330-7415. Separating booking, payment and document questions can reduce transfers. Confirm required documents, language assistance and insurance or charges when booking. New-patient availability and free care are not assumed.
