德州同等高中學歷：分清備考、正式考試與州發證書
德州同等高中學歷並不是報讀一個備考班便自動取得。Texas Education Agency（TEA）的官方流程把準備考試、在 GED 系統安排考試，以及完成整套測驗後由州方發出證書分開列出。

Texas high school equivalency: preparation, official testing and the state certificate
A Texas high school equivalency certificate is not awarded simply for enrolling in a preparation class. The Texas Education Agency separates preparing, scheduling GED tests and receiving the state certificate after passing the entire test series.
Before paying for preparation or testing, check age, Texas residency, valid government photo identification and whether you are already enrolled in or have graduated from an accredited high school. The usual route starts at eighteen; sixteen- and seventeen-year-olds have additional conditions. Do not rely only on a training provider's verbal assurance. TEA also identifies unacceptable identification, including a student card alone, a photocopy or a digital photograph of an ID.
Use TEA's preparation links and official GED scheduling route. After the complete series is passed, TEA sends a PDF certificate by email. Keep contact details accurate. For existing certificates or transcript questions, use the agency's search or Help Desk rather than purchasing another course promising a certificate.
