Kim Bong-Jun prints at Stanford through December 11: exhibition and visitor access
Stanford’s East Asia Library presents Korean Indigenous Futures: The Art of Kim Bong-Jun from September 29 through December 11, 2026. The print exhibition explores work by a Korean Minjung artist who connects folk traditions and popular expression with contemporary art and visions of everyday life and the future.
The venue is the East Asia Library on the second floor of Lathrop Library, 518 Memorial Way, Stanford, CA 94305. The event is marked open to everyone, but library entry procedures still matter. Visitors without a Stanford ID can register in person for a day pass to attend a public event; ordinary visitors have a seven-day annual limit. Registration includes presenting an original government-issued photo ID and having a visitor-pass photograph taken. Visitors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult or legal guardian, and the legal guardian must have acceptable government-issued ID.
