SLO Noor free clinics: eligibility checks before booking at two medical locations
SLO Noor Foundation offers free-care resources for uninsured adults. The San Luis Obispo medical site is at 1428 Phillips Lane, Suite 203, San Luis Obispo, CA 93401, with Monday–Thursday hours of 8 a.m.–5 p.m. The Paso Robles site, 400 Oak Hill Road, Paso Robles, CA 93446, lists Wednesdays 8 a.m.–5 p.m. Both use 805-439-1797 for appointments; these are not walk-in clinics.
Applicants must have no private or government health coverage, including Medi-Cal or CenCal, and may need to demonstrate Medi-Cal ineligibility. Household income must be no more than 200% of the current year’s federal poverty level. The Medical page says ages 18–65, while the FAQ says 18 or older. Because those descriptions differ, particularly applicants over 65 should ask the clinic which rule applies rather than assume eligibility. This guide does not determine individual eligibility.
The FAQ says patients needing interpretation must bring an interpreter over 18 who speaks English fluently; discuss language needs and arrangements when booking. Listed services include primary care, mental-health support and chronic-condition management, with care decisions made by the clinical team. Contact the clinic early if unable to attend; a cancellation within 24 hours is counted as a missed appointment.
