Kedren Community Care Clinic’s primary-care line is 323-234-0616. Its main clinic is at 4211 South Avalon Boulevard, Building A, Los Angeles, CA 90011. Contact Us lists Monday–Friday 8 a.m.–5 p.m., with Tuesday extended to 8 p.m.
The homepage separately announces Community Care Clinic Saturday hours of 10 a.m.–2 p.m., while the contact page has not added Saturday to the address-specific timetable. Call before traveling to confirm that day’s site, service and appointment requirements. A separate primary-care site at Amity Foundation, 3745 S. Grand Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90007, lists Monday–Thursday 8 a.m.–5 p.m. and welcomes walk-ins, using the same primary-care number.
