Berkeley Flea Market：

Berkeley Flea Market: weekend shopping and a first-time vendor checklist
Berkeley Flea Market operates at the Ashby BART parking lot near MLK Way and Ashby Road, normally Saturday and Sunday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. The address 1937 Ashby Ave, Berkeley, CA 94703 is its office; use the market location for shopping. Call 800-650-8321.
Prospective vendors select a food, non-food, live-talent or online-vendor application on the official Vendors page. Current FAQs price two stalls together at $30 cash or $32 by card. Large items or furniture require a $120 deposit, returned after an end-of-day inspection; leaving goods behind forfeits it.
Setup starts at 7 a.m., with stalls ready at 9. Breakdown starts at 5 p.m.; leave by 6. Remove everything even when returning the following day. The market requires a Berkeley health permit for food vendors and lists prohibited merchandise. Confirm categories, space and current rules. This is a real market lead, not a claim that particular secondhand stock remains available.
