HHM Health 要求所有患者先完成登記，無保險、Medicare、Medicaid 及私人保險患者均適用。登記會核對家庭人數與收入，協助判定適用的分級收費；完成登記本身不等於購得醫療保險。

HHM Health requires enrollment before receiving services, whether a patient is uninsured or has Medicare, Medicaid or private insurance. Enrollment reviews household size and income for its sliding fee scale; enrollment itself is not health insurance.
The Enrollment Center is on the third floor of 5750 Pineland Drive, Dallas, TX 75231, Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–4 p.m. Start with the official preregistration link or prepare documents for an in-person visit.
