TRICARE Reserve Select：後備軍人購買保障前先核對身分
TRICARE Reserve Select 是供符合條件的 Selected Reserve 成員及家屬購買的醫療保障，並非 Individual Ready Reserve 成員均可參加。家屬保障須由合資格軍人成員辦理購買；2026 年仍須核對是否符合或參加 Federal Employees Health Benefits，不能只憑後備身分推定合資格。
符合資格者可全年辦理，透過 milConnect 的 Beneficiary Web Enrollment 或所屬區域承辦商查詢。東區電話為 800-444-5445，西區為 888-874-9378。申請須完成初期保費及後續付款安排；若要終止保障，應按正式程序處理，不能以停止付款代替。

TRICARE Reserve Select is purchased health coverage for qualifying Selected Reserve members and their families; Individual Ready Reserve membership alone does not qualify. The eligible sponsor must purchase family coverage. In 2026, eligibility for or enrollment in Federal Employees Health Benefits must still be checked, rather than assuming all reserve members qualify.
Qualifying applicants can purchase coverage throughout the year using Beneficiary Web Enrollment in milConnect or the regional contractor. Call 800-444-5445 for the East Region or 888-874-9378 for the West Region. Complete the initial premium and ongoing payment arrangements. To end coverage, follow the formal termination procedure rather than simply stopping payments.
