Buena Park

Buena Park Library of Things: explorer backpacks require counter returns
Buena Park Library District’s Library of Things lists nature-explorer backpacks, ukuleles, CD boomboxes and Launchpads with preloaded learning games. Check the official catalog for the chosen item. Rules vary by category, and a listing does not guarantee simultaneous borrowing or immediate availability.
Explorer kits require an adult library card in good standing. One backpack may be borrowed per card for three weeks, with up to three renewals when there are no holds. Holds are available. Return kits in person to the circulation desk during open hours, never through a book drop; borrowers are responsible for loss or damage. The library is at 7150 La Palma Ave, Buena Park, telephone 714-826-4100. Confirm hours and the hold notification before traveling.
Location: CA, United States. Checked October 4, 2026 (Pacific time). Evergreen guide; original publication date not provided.
Photo context: Altair 8800b exhibited at the Computer History Museum in Mountain View, November 2007; historical learning-technology context, not Buena Park Library or its loan equipment.
