Health Services of North Texas asks patients to arrive fifteen minutes early, or thirty minutes early for new patients who have not completed online forms. Give twenty-four hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Online appointment routes distinguish new and established patients; questions can go to 940-381-1501.
Request refills through the pharmacy seven to ten days before medication runs out. Processing normally takes another forty-eight to seventy-two hours after the pharmacy contacts the practice, and the on-call provider cannot refill medicines after hours. Sliding-fee patients must recertify annually; ask for the Business Office Manager if payment is difficult.
