Whitney Young Health’s contact page requires appointment requests by telephone: 518-465-4771 for medical care and 518-465-6330 for dental care. Services generally require appointments, with walk-ins accepted only where specifically stated. Confirm the location and service before traveling.
The general contact form and information email address handle general questions, not appointments or medical-record requests. Existing patients needing medical contact on weekends or after hours can use the medical number to reach the on-call service. This does not mean the clinic is open all night.
