煤礦工人黑肺補償：申請表、工作史與醫療評估分開準備
聯邦 Black Lung 計劃為因煤礦工作相關黑肺病而符合完全失能條件的礦工提供補償與相關醫療保障。曾在煤礦工作或出現呼吸困難，均不等於自動符合資格；勞工部須審核工作及醫療證據。

Federal black-lung claims: prepare the application, work history and medical evaluation
The federal Black Lung program provides compensation and related medical coverage to miners who meet the total-disability requirements for coal-work-related black lung disease. Mining employment or breathing difficulty alone does not establish eligibility; the Labor Department reviews employment and medical evidence.
Start with the CM-911 application and CM-911a employment history, organizing employer names and years worked. The official process offers a free pulmonary evaluation and a list of eligible examining providers. Ask the relevant DCMWC office for help or use the official C.O.A.L. Mine portal. An ordinary state workers’ compensation filing is not an application to this program.
