Hazlewood tuition exemptions: retrieve used hours without mistaking an account for approval
Texas Hazlewood provides qualifying veterans up to 150 credit hours of tuition and specified fee exemptions at state-supported institutions. TVC’s student database shows and prints used hours; creating an account does not establish eligibility or complete the benefit application.
Before applying through a school, save the hours record and contact that Texas public institution’s Hazlewood office about evidence, remaining eligibility and procedures. TVC lists 877-898-3833 for questions. This state benefit is separate from the federal GI Bill, so confirm any coordination with the school and responsible agency.
