San Antonio Japanese Tea Garden: free visits and accessibility planning
San Antonio’s Japanese Tea Garden is at 3853 N. St. Mary’s Street, San Antonio, TX 78212. The Parks Foundation currently lists daily hours of 7 a.m.–5 p.m. and free admission. Its history includes the Japanese immigrant Jingu family.
Ramps serve the upper garden, pavilion and Jingu House, but the lower garden is accessible only by stairs. Families needing step-free routes should check suitable areas first.
