Porterville Basic Needs Center：

Porterville Basic Needs Center: laundry, clothing and food support have separate arrangements
Porterville College's Basic Needs Center is in AC-105, reached at 559-791-2281 or pc_basicneeds@portervillecollege.edu. Current students can submit an interest form about food, clothing, laundry, transportation and community referrals. Submitting it does not instantly approve every request.
The clothing closet lists one top and one bottom per month, with separate semester limits for other items. Enrolled students can use the laundry area without charge for sessions of up to two hours. Appointments are recommended; remain in the center and remove laundry promptly. Detergent and dryer sheets depend on supplies, and students can bring a basket or bag.
Center and Pirate Pantry hours differ: the center opens Friday morning while the pantry is closed that day. Check before travelling. Housing and transportation assistance includes referrals and eligibility checks, not guaranteed accommodation or tickets; ask about current fall bus-pass arrangements. This is a student service, not an unrestricted public shop with unlimited supplies.
