Downtown／Pico Union WorkSource Center

PACE Los Angeles: accessing multilingual job-search support
PACE began by addressing employment needs in Los Angeles' Asian and Pacific Islander refugee communities and now serves low-income and underserved residents across backgrounds. Its organizational page says staff collectively provide services in more than forty languages and dialects. That does not establish every language at every department or appointment, so explain language needs in advance.
The Downtown/Pico Union WorkSource Center lists no-cost job-search and training services: employment counseling, workshops, job leads, resource referrals and a computer lab for resumes and cover letters. Keyboarding and basic computer classes are also listed as free. Assistance is not a job offer, and individual training or support programs can require separate eligibility checks.
The employment page currently lists 1055 Wilshire Boulevard, Suite 900A on the ninth floor, weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 4:45 p.m., and 213-353-1677. The website also mentions an upcoming headquarters move. Before travelling, confirm this department's reception address, language support, registration and documents rather than borrowing another department's location or hours.
