Venice
Venice Japanese Community Center

Venice JCC: choose a class, then confirm membership and charges
Venice Japanese Community Center preserves Japanese American cultural life through programs including youth Japanese through high school, adult Japanese, calligraphy, bonsai, flower arranging, taiko and Japanese dance, alongside senior activities. Different representatives organize different offerings; the directory is not a single timetable or an all-inclusive course package.
Call 310-822-8885 or email office@vjcc.com with the desired class in the subject line. The office says it relays inquiries to the appropriate people. The address is 12448 Braddock Drive, Los Angeles. Ask about level, age, trial attendance, equipment, actual meeting time and charges before visiting.
The membership page requires an annual form even from life members, with online and postal options. Membership should not be assumed to include tuition or reserve a class place. The centennial video linked on the official homepage relates to the virtual summer festival held June 27–28, 2020. It is included as community history, not as an announcement of a new event this week.
