Southern Indian Health Council states that medical care welcomes Native and non-Native patients, so the wider public can inquire rather than exclude itself because of the name. Alpine Clinic is at 4058 Willows Road, reached through 619-445-1188, extension 100. Campo Clinic is at 36350 Church Road, using extension 150.
The website provides an official new-patient registration link and a separate portal for existing patients. Walk-ins depend on availability. Alpine medical care lists Thursday hours extending to 6 p.m.; confirm other times and departments. After-hours nurse advice uses option nine on the main number, not unrestricted round-the-clock walk-in access.
General clinic access and Purchased/Referred Care payment for outside services have different conditions. Outside-payment decisions can involve eligibility, advance notification, authorization and other payment resources; a doctor's referral alone does not guarantee the bill will be paid. Ask about your insurance, personal costs, documents and language needs during scheduling. Emergency needs should not wait for routine registration replies.
