Santa Barbara Art From Scrap：

Santa Barbara Art From Scrap: separate shopping and donation hours
Explore Ecology's Art From Scrap at 302 East Cota Street, Santa Barbara, sells reused materials for art, theatre, costumes and other creative work. This is a real resource store, not an advertisement offering a particular item through this post. Selection changes with incoming donations.
Shopping hours are Tuesday–Friday, 11 a.m.–6 p.m., and Saturday, 10 a.m.–5 p.m. Donation hours are separately listed as Monday, 8 a.m.–1 p.m., with advance staff approval required. Opening hours do not authorize unscheduled unloading, and goods should not be left at the gate or in the parking lot.
Materials must be clean and safe, and acceptance can change. Current exclusions include furniture, appliances, moldy goods, unlabeled paint and small fabric scraps. Ask afsreuse@exploreecology.org or 805-884-0459, extension one, about large or unlisted donations. School discounts require enrollment, rather than giving every shopper half-price supplies. Describe quantity and condition before transporting goods; acceptance and stock are not guaranteed.
