Merced Rising Scholars：司法經歷後重返大學的支援入口
Merced College 的 Rising Scholars 支援目前或曾經受刑事司法制度影響的學生，校內亦有面向出獄後及其他受影響人士的升學入口。可先填官方 Interest／Referral Form，或致電 209-384-6399，說明希望重新入學、選科或轉學的需要。
官方目錄列有專門輔導、助學金流程協助、校園及社區轉介、電腦與列印，以及按需要提供的教材、交通和膳食支援。這些不是人人自動領取的固定現金福利；應與職員確認資格、資源及具體安排。

Merced Rising Scholars: a college-support route for justice-impacted learners
Merced College's Rising Scholars program supports currently and formerly incarcerated or otherwise justice-impacted learners. Its campus route helps people returning to education after release and other system involvement. Begin with the official Interest/Referral Form or call 209-384-6399 about admission, course selection or transfer goals.
The catalog lists specialized counseling, financial-aid navigation, campus and community referrals, computer and printing access, and textbook, transportation or meal assistance as needed. These are not automatic fixed cash benefits for every participant. Confirm eligibility, resources and arrangements with staff.
The campus office is in IAC Building B at Merced College, whose main address is 3600 M Street, Merced, CA 95348. Courses operated with correctional institutions have separate controlled routes; the public cannot simply travel to a prison to join a class. Work with a counselor on earlier credits and education goals, then complete college enrollment. Share legal-history or identity documents through proper confidential channels, never in public comments.
